WHAT:           United Way of Denton County hosts their signature event celebrating the year’s successes and honoring the companies, employees, and community leaders who made it happen!

The “Lights, Camera, Action”-themed event includes a silent auction, dinner, awards, and the crowd-favorite “Dancing with Our Stars” competition featuring a troupe of community volunteer dancers dancing to tunes from movie favorites. Local Denton CPA John Baines will receive the most prestigious award of the evening, the 2024 United Way of Denton County Dr. Bettye Myers Humanitarian Award, recognizing over four decades of community service.
