Leadership Lewisville is a community leadership development program created to identify, educate, develop and motivate future leaders by exposing them to the realities, successes and opportunities of our civic and business community. Program participants commit to becoming familiar with the Lewisville area and the challenges that confront the city and the county. With the phenomenal growth, the area is experiencing some challenges as well as opportunities. The ability to meet these challenges is dependent on those who will assume positions of civic, community and government leadership.

Leadership Lewisville provides the foundation of knowledge and the tools necessary to ensure that potential leaders understand the issues and participate in activities that contribute to the growth and betterment of the Lewisville area.
