Senior Health Fair and Resource Panel at the Cross Timbers Family YMCA

This event is open to ALL SENIORS as a free service from our area Senior Product and / or Service vendors.   Vendors will be available from  8:00 am—11:00 am with a Senior Resource Panel to follow at 11:00am - 12:00pm with industry experts to discuss life's transitions through downsizing, nutrition, leaving a legacy, and mobility.
