    From the President
Our Monthly Partnership Luncheon is tomorrow and we will have the pleasure of hearing from marketing and events executive, Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey. Lindsay will discuss "Millennials & Mythbusting: A quick start guide to working with Millennials." This is a topic you don't want to miss. It is a fantastic opportunity to increase your knowledge about working successfully with the Millennial population and why it is so important to begin this now.

According to Forbes, Millennials make up 40 percent of the workforce. Millennials embrace change and are great at making connections from business to consumer. Lindsay will share strategies on how to harness these natural talents. Millennials are the future of our workforce. The better we understand and cohesively work with this population, the better off we will be as businesses, as leaders, and as a community.
