HCR 108 (Zerwas) Directing the comptroller of public accounts to reduce the amounts of certain revenue that would otherwise be deposited to the state highway fund (SHF) for the 2018 and 2019 state fiscal years. Directs the Comptroller to reduce transfers to the State Highway Fund under Proposition 7 by 50 percent in fiscal years 2018 and 2019, if the resolution is adopted by a 2/3 majority vote in both houses.Transportation and air quality in the North Central Texas region are impacted by legislative decisions at the State and federal levels.
