Outside Sales Manager ( Fulltime + Commission + Bonus)
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred
- Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- They should be outgoing, energetic and demonstrate the common sense in the handling of problems.
- Naturally, a strong desire to work is essential, along with the respect and rapport from the Franchisee towards the representative.
- Ability to close sales – asking for orders and payments.
- A professional appearance that will be representative of the brand.
- A desire for strong earnings potential.
