    The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.


    • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
    • Service existing clients
    • Effectively demonstrate product line
    • Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas


    • 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
    • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred


    • Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
    • Previous sales experience is preferred.
    • They should be outgoing, energetic and demonstrate the common sense in the handling of problems.
    • Naturally, a strong desire to work is essential, along with the respect and rapport from the Franchisee towards the representative.
    • Ability to close sales – asking for orders and payments.
    • A professional appearance that will be representative of the brand.
    • A desire for strong earnings potential.
