  • Customer Service Coordinator

    If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenging work, Prototype:IT is the place for you! We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) who has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and administrative support.  The CSC is the first point of contact for client issues and is the liaison between the Operations Team and the Client.  If you are tenacious, positive, assertive, and energetic, and like to be part of a team, this is your opportunity to join us!  

    Responsibilities:
    •Responsible for answering phone calls and emails as efficiently as possible.
    •Listen to client concerns and issues with sympathy and the sincere desire to help.
    •Alert management when necessary for high visibility and critical issues.
    •Daily and constant phone work to ensure that engineers are in route and on time for scheduled appointments, and proactive calls to clients to provide updates and ETAs on their arrival.
    •Follow up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction on services or solutions provided.
    •Update service tickets should new information be captured while assisting with the scheduling of the incident / request.

    Requirements:
    •Minimum one (1) year customer service or help desk experience.
    •Experience with Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks, a plus
    •Strong organization skills with good follow up
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Self-starter
    •Team player – flexible and adaptable to do what needs to be done
    •Confident interacting in person and on the phone
